This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to recurring subscription purchases offered through Phox Gamer Coffee, including the Phox Coffee Guild.
Subscription Management
Customers may manage their subscription through the available customer account or subscription-management portal.
Depending on the subscription options available, customers may be able to:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change the next order date
- Change eligible products or quantities
- Pause a subscription
- Update shipping or payment information
- Cancel a subscription
Canceling a Subscription
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next recurring order has been processed.
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, charged, entered fulfillment, or shipped.

Upcoming Orders
Customers are responsible for making subscription changes before the next scheduled billing or processing date.
If a recurring order has already been created or charged before a cancellation or modification is submitted, that order may continue through fulfillment.
Because coffee, tea, and other consumable products may be roasted, prepared, or processed specifically for an order, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Subscription Discounts
Phox Coffee Guild subscription pricing and benefits apply only while the applicable subscription remains active and eligible.
Current Coffee Guild benefits may include:
12% savings on eligible recurring coffee purchases and free U.S. standard shipping on qualifying subscription orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $35 or more.
Subscription discounts and shipping benefits do not apply to future orders after the subscription has been canceled.
Pausing or Skipping
Where available, customers may pause their subscription or skip an upcoming delivery instead of canceling.
A paused subscription will not generate recurring orders while the pause remains in effect, subject to the settings available through the subscription-management system.
Skipping an order affects only the selected billing or delivery cycle and does not automatically cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund.
Refunds, replacements, damaged products, incorrect orders, and other purchase-related remedies are governed by the Phox Gamer Coffee Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Subscription Changes
Phox Gamer Coffee may update available subscription products, pricing, shipping benefits, delivery frequencies, or other purchase-option features from time to time.
Changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented to the customer.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
